Dancing Axolotl (“we,” “us”) is an independent game studio. You can reach us at support@dancingaxolotl.com.

What we collect

Spin Drill is a client-authoritative game with local saves. We do not operate a game server. The final policy will describe:

• Crash and error reports (Sentry)
• Anonymous gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics)
• Platform store purchase records handled by Google Play / Apple
• Optional email correspondence you send to us directly

Each category will have its own section explaining exactly what is collected, why, how long it is retained, and how you can opt out.

What we do not collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising identifiers. The game does not run ads.

Your choices

The game exposes in-app toggles for analytics and crash reporting. Disabling a toggle stops collection immediately on your device. You can also write to us to request deletion of any support correspondence.

Children

Spin Drill is not directed at children under 13. The final policy will include the required COPPA / GDPR-K language before launch.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, highlight them in the game's next update notes.
